SRS School Clinic 2009-2010

SRS School Clinic is responsible for:

·        Providing first aid to all students.

·        Administering medicine to students whilst following strict guidelines of the School Doctor and the Ministry of Health.

·        Regular medical examinations of students in Years 1, 5, 9 and12 and all new students.

·        Monitor growth and development of students.

·        To complete immunization programmes as stipulated by the Ministry of Health, UAE

·        Monitor and report any infectious and communicable diseases at school.

·        Provide a health education programme.

·        Communicate to parents in writing with regards to all health matters and send reminders when necessary.

·        Provide the Ministry of Health with accurate data.  

·        Maintain up-to-date student school health records.

·        Transferring school records to other schools within the UAE.

·        Monitoring school meals with regards to quality and student satisfaction whilst encouraging healthy eating.
