Admission/ Enrollment Procedure

Completed application forms can only be accepted once the child has taken a placement test and been accepted by the school. The completed application forms must then be accompanied by the Registration Fee to secure a place. KG1 applications will not be required to take a placement test.

Please ensure that all relevant information regarding your child is included.

1. Information regarding allergies, special medical conditions etc.

2. Up-to-date emergency telephone numbers for both parents. 3. Most recent school report.

Please would you also check that your child has received all necessary vaccinations. Please consult your Physician if in doubt.

The Ministry of Education requires the following documents to be submitted for each child entering education in Dubai. Please note, without these documents entry for your child may be refused entry:

Copy of birth certificate
Copy of child’s passport (with UAE entry stamp or valid residence visa for non-locals)
Copy of father’s/guardian’s passport (with UAE entry stamp or valid residence visa for non-locals)
Copy of inoculation record
6 recent passport size photographs of child
Transfer certificate from previous school (see below)

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE

The original transfer certificate (plus two copies) must contain the following information:

Date of enrolment.
Year group placement.
Date the child left the school School .
stamp and signature.

If the child enters school after the first week of the September term and joins Year 1 or a higher class, we require a letter stating the child is in the relevant year from the previous school. (From African, Asian and CIS States these documents must be authenticated by the local Ministry of Education, UAE Consulate and the Foreign Office in the foreign country.)

NB: The corresponding year group detailed from the previous school is of vital importance and the Ministry of Education may refuse the child entry if the year group
