FAQs

What curriculum Does SRS Offer?

SRS offers British and American curriculum. The British curriculum follows England’s National Curriculum, leading to IGCSEs and A Levels. The American curriculum includes AP courses and prepares students for US college admissions tests like the SAT.

How Do I Apply For Admission?

Visit the admissions section on the SRS website and fill out the online application form. Upload all required documents, including the student’s passport, visa, Emirates ID, and previous school reports. Pay the non-refundable assessment fee of AED 300. The admissions team will contact you to schedule an entrance assessment or interview. Once your child passes, you will receive an offer letter and instructions to complete the registration process.

How To Communicate With Staff

You can communicate with SRS staff through several channels. Use the Parent Portal for updates and direct messages. Email teachers or administrative staff for specific queries. Book appointments for in-person meetings when needed. The school encourages open and regular communication to support student progress.

What Extracurricular Activities Are Available?

SRS offers a wide range of extracurricular activities that support personal, physical, and social development. These include sports, arts, drama, Qur’an competitions, science fairs, spelling bees, leadership programmes, and national celebration events. Students can also take part in community service and enrichment clubs outside the classroom.

What is the school’s approach to discipline?
SRS follows a clear, structured behaviour policy. It promotes respect, responsibility, and self-discipline. Staff address issues promptly and fairly. The focus is on guidance, not punishment, to help students make better choices.
